Rhonda Sand is a member of the National Business Travel Association, TTPA, TAMS and SKAl Worldwide. She has served on numerous non profit boards, and was a founding board member of Idaho Drug Free Youth (IDFY) and Birthright and is on the steering committee for the Christian Community Coalition for Kootenai County. She started TMI in 1994.
Through Rhonda’s leadership Travel Management, Inc. (TMI) has grown to 12 million in sales and employs 14 people. She continues to escort and lead some of their exotic and key group movements.
TMI is one of the few certified women-owned and operated travel agencies in the Pacific Northwest, and competes on the national level for both corporate and government business. TMI also attained the honor of providing authorized travel to Cuba under the guidance of the US Treasury Department. In September, 2004 she was invited to join the prestigious travel group - Virtuoso.
