       Low Fare Review

A continuous and comprehensive program that suggests alternate carriers offering a lower fare.  Routing and departure times within selected parameters are considered. The program also assesses the departing itinerary alerting the agent if the fare has dropped.  Our Low Fare software also checks for lower fares that have been introduced in a market when the ticket already has been issued. We are never done searching for the lowest fare. After your reservation is made our state-of-the-art software continues searching up to 5 times a day checking for a lower fare.

Web Airfare

This powerful one-stop comparison tool allows TMI to integrate the additional resources of the internet in our quest for the lowest fare.  This innovative technology allows us to search the fares of consolidators and the airline internet sites along with all published fares.

Seat Checker

If a traveler does not have their preferred seat assignment, the reservation is put into the Seat Check program which accesses the airline's seat map and checks for a better seat assignments.  This process continues until it meets the traveler's profile request.  The program eliminates traveler dissatisfaction with pre-assigned seating

Waitlist Checker

Monitors waitlisted segments and clears them.  Waitlist Checker also continuously  tries to waitlist designated segments on previously closed waitlists.

Electronic Ticket Audit (ETA) Program

Saves client money frequently lost due to unused air coupons

In the event that your company's travelers do not remember that they had an e-ticket previously issued for them, or they used alternate arrangements on their return flight home, the e-ticket monies could be lost.  The national percentage of an organization's air travel expenditures that can be recovered with this auditing software is between eight percent and twelve percent.

Provides companies with live summaries of flight status for entire groups of travelers on travel manager’s desktop. It also delivers personalized alerts about departures, arrivals, delays and cancellations to cell phones and other wireless devices, email and the web.

Quality Control

This is a customized "point of sale" quality control system.  With this system, a reservation cannot be completed unless it is error free, and includes an accurate date sequence, all confirmation numbers and frequent flyer numbers.

Highlighter

Pop-up window flashes on on the screens of our agents to notify them of new information, or to act as a reminder of specific important needs or services that could be forgotten. As examples, these highlighters can be used to notify the agent that the passenger:

  • Has an unused ticket that could be applied to the new ticket.

  • Is a Premier member, and that we can upgrade him or her 24 hours prior to flight time when traveling on a discounted ticket and 72 hours prior to flight time if traveling on a full fare ticket.
