Broadcast Report Scheduler — This module allows TMI to deliver standard and/or custom reports and graphics to you on a specified date and time. iBank will automatically run the reports and store them until you retrieve them. Once the reports are completed, TMI sends an e-mail to you with all of the HTML links to their reports.

JetAlerts delivers personalized alerts about flight departures, arrivals, delays, cancellations and more via cell phone, pager, PDA, instant messaging and email to travelers and their key contacts. Itinerary information is captured in iBank and compared to real-time FAA flight status data, and then alerts are immediately delivered. JetAlerts can also provide live summaries of flight status for entire groups of travelers. Travel managers can see, at a glance, the live status of all their traveling employees. With the direct feeds from the FAA to JetAlerts travel managers will know immediately what travelers are experiencing delays or cancellations and can take the appropriate course of action. Travel managers can view a separate LiveStatus™ report per account. They can also control the content of their LiveStatus™ reports by choosing the scope of scheduled departure times and the criteria for sorting the results.
